组织学与胚胎学部分由三个展区和一个数码互动展示区组成，中央主展区展示有人体正常发育、先天性畸形等珍贵人体胚胎标本近100个：一边为模型展区，展示有人体早期发生等胚胎模型及肾小体等组织结构模型60余个；另一边为图片展区，通过大量彩色图片及简洁文字简明阐述人体早期发生过程及常见先天性畸形；数码互动展示区有近100张组织、胚胎切片，可通过数码显微镜将各组织器官微细结构直观地展示于荧幕。

Histology and Embryology is composed of three exhibition sections and a digital interactive demonstration section. The central Principal Exhibition Section displays nearly 100 priceless specimens of human embryo including the normal development of human body, eon genital anomalies etc..On one side of the ball is the exhibition Section showing models. There are models displaying the early development of human body etc.and models showing the histological structures of renal corpuscle etc.,totalled over 60 items. On the other side is the Exhibition Section of pictures and photographs with simple and clear descriptions in words the process of early development in human fetus and frequently seen congenital anomalies are explained cocisely.There are nearly 100 slides of histological and embryological specimens in the Digital Interactive Demonstration Section, and the microstructures of tissues and organs are displayed on the screen through the digital microscope.
